Compress PDF to 2 MB
PDFDrop a PDF and get it back under 2 MB, pictures still sharp enough to print — compressed on your device.
2 MB is a common attachment limit for government portals, insurance claims, booking systems and many mail servers. Drop the PDF in; the limit is set, and the tool keeps as much quality as fits.
At this size there is usually room to spare. Measured on a 25-page scan of 9.8 MB, the pictures at 150 pixels per inch — still sharp on paper — brought it under 2 MB in about 12 seconds, with the text, links and form fields kept. Photos in a report or a brochure are shrunk the same way, only as far as needed. A PDF already under 2 MB is left exactly as it is. Nothing is uploaded: the claim, the receipts, the photos of the damage stay on your device.
Need a different limit? PDF Compressor takes any target, in KB or MB — whatever the form asks for.

Frequently asked questions
Will the pages still print well at 2 MB?
For documents, yes: a 25-page scan fitted with its pictures at 150 pixels per inch, which prints text cleanly. Photos for a glossy brochure want more — print from the original if you can.
What happens if my PDF is already under 2 MB?
Nothing: it is left as it is, and the tool says so. Compressing it again would only cost quality.
Is 2 MB 2,000,000 bytes or 2,097,152?
2,000,000 — the way portals almost always count. A file under that passes one that counts in binary megabytes too.
Can I compress several receipts for one claim?
Yes. Drop them together; each PDF is brought under 2 MB and they download together. To send them as one file, combine them first with PDF Merger & Splitter.
Are my insurance documents sent anywhere?
No. They are compressed in your browser and saved to your device; nothing is uploaded.
