Instagram Unfollowers
MarketingSee who doesn't follow you back on Instagram — from your own data export, with no login and no password, read on your device.
Instagram Unfollowers shows who you follow that doesn't follow you back — and who follows you that you don't follow back — from the copy of your data Instagram gives every user. It never asks for your password and never logs in to Instagram: apps that do log in as you, which breaks Instagram's terms and can get the account locked. Request your export in Accounts Centre (JSON, followers and following), drop the zip here, and both lists appear, with when each follow began. The zip is read on your device, and only the two list files in it are opened, never your photos. Keep an export and compare it with a later one to see who unfollowed you in between.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to log in or give my password?
No. Nothing here logs in to Instagram or asks for your password. It reads the data export Instagram gives you, which you request in Accounts Centre and download yourself.
Why not an app that checks for me?
To check live, an app has to log in as you. That breaks Instagram's terms, can get your account restricted, and leaves your password with a stranger. The export is Instagram's own copy of your data, handed to you.
Is my export uploaded or kept?
No. The zip is opened in your browser, only the followers and following files are read, and everything is forgotten when you close the page.
Which format should I choose?
JSON. An HTML export is laid out for reading in a browser; this tells you if you drop one, and how to request JSON instead. Followers and following is all it needs, which keeps the file small.
Is it up to date?
It shows who followed whom when the export was made — the date is shown above the lists. Someone who unfollowed after that does not appear until you request a newer export.
Can it tell me who unfollowed me?
Yes, from two exports: keep one, request another later, and compare them. Everyone who followed you in the first and not in the second is listed. Comparing exports is part of Pro.
Why is someone listed who I'm sure follows me?
Check the date above the lists: the export is a snapshot, so anyone who followed you after it was made is not in it. Request a fresh export to check again.
